Program Overview:

Those weeks Swimming Endurance and Technique program aims to help athletes of any level improve their stroke efficiency, build cardiovascular stamina, and gain confidence in the water. Through structured drills and progressive workouts, participants will develop a strong foundation in freestyle and refine key aspects like breathing, body alignment, and kick technique.

Key Goals:

  1. Refine Stroke Technique
    Focus on proper body alignment and efficient movements to reduce drag, conserve energy, and swim faster.
  2. Build Cardiovascular Endurance
    Incorporate progressively longer swim sets and interval training to boost stamina and overall fitness in the water.
  3. Master Breathing & Rhythm
    Develop smooth, rhythmic breathing to maintain a steady oxygen flow and stay relaxed during challenging sets.
  4. Improve Kick & Leg Strength
    Strengthen your lower body with targeted drills (like kickboard sets) to enhance propulsion and support faster lap times.
  5. Develop Water Confidence
    Gain mental and physical assurance in your abilities, ultimately feeling comfortable in various aquatic environments and distances.
